My Workout App


About two years ago, my friend, Lauren, introduced me to a new workout app called MOVES.  I had used Beachbody for years and was very used to that. I had no complaints with it. However, this new app was a completely different way to workout.  I was instantly hooked.  Through this app, I have been able to perfect my form, and I have seen amazing results.  Typically I follow the Weekly Moves program on the app, except twice a year when she offers the Tighter Together Challenge.  It is so fun to do that challenge with friends!  


If you do not already follow me on Facebook or Instagram, you may want to check it out.  I often post my workouts in stories and/or reels!   My goal is to encourage and motivate others to move their body daily as well.  I would also recommend that you follow Madeline (the founder of  Moves) because she is always sharing helpful tips.
